ILOILO CITY — The Department of Transportation (DoTr) is keen on reviving the Panay Railway System Project, with the bidding for contractors for its feasibility study now open.
The DoTr on May 10 posted the Request for Expression of Interest and the Philippine Bidding Documents for a P78-million bid for a one-year feasibility study on the project.
