MANILA, Philippines — Filipino-American gymnast Emma Malabuyo snared a gold medal in the Women's Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships floor exercise event in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on Sunday evening, May 26.
Proving that her topping the qualification round was no fluke, Malabuyo came through and unleashed the best performance that netted her 13.300 points.
