Alas Pilipinas downs Taiwan to sweep elims in AVC Challenge Cup

MANILA, Philippines — Alas Pilipinas made quick work of Taiwan, 25-13, 25-21, 25-18, to finish the elimination round unscathed in the AVC 2024 Challenge Cup at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum on Sunday.

The Philippines finished the preliminaries with a 4-0 record, and will next face the top team Kazakhstan in the next round.
