Vietnam apartment blaze kills 14 people

(UPDATE) HANOI — 14 people were killed and three others were injured in a fire that ripped through a small apartment block in central Hanoi, Vietnam, early Friday, state media reported.

'The fire broke out at around 12:30 a.m. The fire was big, with several explosions,' the Vietnam News Agency said.
