BONGAO, Tawi-Tawi – A total of around 135,000 individuals received aid worth nearly P700 million during the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair held for the first time here in the southernmost province in the country.

Speaking to reporters at the DepEd Cultural and Sports Complex here, Speaker Martin Romualdez said that the entire government, including President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his Cabinet and nearly 100 members of the House of Representatives were present, even after the House adjourned sine die, to showcase the implementation of the programs under the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair.
