MEMBERS the Metro Manila Council (MMC) said Friday they are crafting regulations to address "spaghetti wires" or jumbled up electrical wiring and telecommunication cables hanging over the streets, posing hazard to communities and pedestrians.
We have talked about the problem already, and National Capital Region (NCR) mayors and representatives from different cities and municipalities have agreed to coordinate with the different telecommunication companies, San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora said in Filipino.
