THE National Union of Peoples' Lawyers (NUPL) mourned one of its founding members, Mario Niel San Felix, who died last May 18.
"It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Atty. Mario Niel "Bong" San Felix, a founding member of the National Union of Peoples' Lawyers and a pioneer of people's lawyering in Panay," the group said in a statement on Wednesday.
