Marcos misinformed on 'Yolanda' – Panelo

FORMER presidential chief legal counsel Salvador Panelo said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was misinformed on the alleged inaction of the administrations of former presidents Benigno Aquino III and Rodrigo Duterte on the rehabilitation program for victims of Super Typhoon 'Yolanda,' which devastated provinces in the Visayas in 2013.

In a statement on Tuesday, Panelo refuted Marcos' claim the rehabilitation only started in 2022 and that the previous administrations did nothing about it.
