THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has signed the contract with the joint venture between and among Miru Systems Co. Ltd, Integrated Computer Systems, St. Timothy Construction Corp., and Centerpoint Solutions Technologies Inc. (Miru-ICS-STCC-CSTI) for the Full Automation System with Transparency and Audit Count (FASTrAC).

Similarly, Comelec has signed a contract with the joint venture of iOne Resources Inc. and Ardent Networks Inc. (iOne-Ardent) for the Secure Electronic Transmission Services (SETS).
