DBM lauds Congress for ratification of NGPA

MANILA, Philippines -- Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman lauded Congress for ratifying the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA) on Wednesday.

Both the Senate and the House of Representatives ratified the bicameral report, reconciling disagreeing provisions of Senate Bill 2593 and House Bill 9648.
