MANILA, Philippines — Tim Cone doesn't expect wholesale roster changes for Latvia and Georgia, two formidable foes Gilas Pilipinas will be facing in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Riga, Latvia this July.
In fact, Cone expects Boston Celtics big man Kristaps Porzingis to reinforce the Latvia side that placed a strong fifth during its FIBA World Cup debut in Manila last year.
