MANILA, Philippines-- The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that the easterlies would be bringing humid, warm weather in the entire archipelago and isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the late afternoon or at night.
Weather specialist Rhea Torres said the country would likely experience generally-fair weather conditions at least until Friday based on Pagasa's data and analysis.
