Stanley Pringle provided strong leadership and stability for Barangay Ginebra as the league's top crowd drawer beat Meralco, 92-88, and take Game One of their PBA Philippine Cup best-of-seven semifinal series on Friday, May 17, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Pringle fired a season-high 22 points, nine in the final period, including the floater heading into the final 30 seconds that practically sealed the outcome of the game against the Bolts who gave a big fight down the stretch.
