THE Philippines' biofuel consumption is projected to recover this year as demand for fuel, particularly ethanol, continues to increase, said the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
In its latest Global Agricultural Information Network report, the USDA said that ethanol demand is projected to grow by 8 percent to 682 million liters and biodiesel increasing 0.8 percent to 240 million liters.
