BAGUIO CITY – The city council adopted Resolution 283, series of 2024, allowing Mayor Benjamin Magalong to represent the city government to enter into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Phil-Tower Consortium Inc. (PhilTower) for the improvement of the quality of telecommunications in the Summer Capital.

PhilTower is an independent tower company with a valid and subsisting registration with the Department of Information and Communications Technology and has represented itself as a company capable of providing passive telecommunication infrastructure and related services.
