Muntinlupa gathers thousands, wraps up R-18 month with concert

THE monthlong celebration of Muntinlupa's Responsible-18 or R-18 concluded in an electrifying concert in Alabang with an estimated 16,000 crowd.

The stage came alive with performances from SUD, Nobita, Quest, Janine Teñoso, and The Juans.
