COMMISSION on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Geoge Erwin Garcia said on Tuesday that the legality of online voting in next year's midterm polls will be discussed in the agency's regular en banc session.
Garcia made the comment after Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel 3rd said that a law is needed in order to implement the P465.8 million Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) in 2025.
