MANILA, Philippines – Two children were killed in a fire that razed their house in Manila on Wednesday, the local Bureau of Fire Protection said.
The twin sisters, five years old, were trapped inside the bedroom on the second floor of their two-story concrete house when the fire broke out before 2:30 p.m.
