Speaker to hold high-level meet on floods

HOUSE Speaker Martin Romualdez will meet with several government offices on May 14 to discuss flood preparation and mitigation as the La Niña episode approaches.

Romualdez has invited the secretaries of the Department of Public Works and Highways, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and Department of the Interior and Local Government as well as the chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority to the meeting.
