ACEN Corp. unit planning to buy US wind project

ACEN Corp. on Monday said that subsidiary ACEN International Inc. was planning to acquire a wind project in the United States.

ACEN International Inc.'s board of directors was said to have approved a plan to acquire the Hackberry Wind Project from energy company Skyline Renewables.
