Rotary District 3830 successfully holds Discon 2024

THE Rotary International District 3830 on May 10 successfully held Day 1 of its District Conference (Discon) 2024, the district's biggest gathering for thanksgiving and celebration.

Themed 'Forging Hope. Taking Flight,' which took inspiration from the 'Top Gun' film franchise, the two-day event was held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.
