Globe utilizing tech to cut carbon footprint

GLOBE Telecom Inc. said over the weekend that it had deployed innovative technology to cut costs and shrink its carbon footprint.

Built-in power-saving features are being used to optimize its LTE and 5G networks, the telco said in a statement.
