Farmers impressed by Canadian potato

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – The United Potato Producers of Benguet and Mountain Province Inc. (UPPBMPI), composed of 730 members, has experienced considerable change since Universal Robina Corp. (URC) introduced Canadian potato seed tubers into their farming in 2019.

The introduction of the Canadian potato was done in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera.
