REP. Faustino "Inno" Dy V of Isabela's sixth district is pushing the creation of a sustainable tourism and strategic development plan that would transform the Dipanyong cave in Barangay San Miguel in Echague town as an ecotourism destination.
"Through comprehensive and detailed research, Barangay San Miguel will be established as a sustainable ecotourism zone to preserve the area's culture and natural resources while generating livelihood opportunities for the locals," the lawmaker said.
