THE Rotary International District 3830, led by "Top Gun" Gov. Jay Tambunting, has announced its lineup of speakers for District Conference (Discon) 2024, its grand fellowship event scheduled from May 10 to 11 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.
Keynote speaker for Conference Day 1 will be Rotary International President Gordon McInally's representative, past Rotary International director (PRID) Eunsoo Moon of Rotary Club of Cheonan Dosol, South Korea.
