Ombudsman upholds filing of charges over Pharmally mess

THE Office of the Ombudsman upheld its ruling that found probable cause to charge several people with graft in connection with the procurement of Covid-19 test kits from Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp.

However, it modified its ruling on Lin Weixiong who, it said, had declared himself a Chinese citizen.
