Malabon honors outstanding residents

MALABON City honored outstanding individuals and organizations during the Epifanio Delos Santos Gawad ng Parangal at the Rizal Park Hotel this week.

'We have named this award after Epifanio Delos Santos, who was a renowned historian, journalist, writer, politician and a civil servant who was born and raised in Malabon,' said Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval.
