MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Juan Edgardo Angara said the Senate will bring to the provinces the public debates on Charter change (Cha-cha) as it prepares to release its report on whether to amend the Constitution to further attract foreign investments.

The senator said the Senate subcommittee on Senate Resolution of Both Houses 6 amending some economic provisions of the Constitution aim to release its recommendation on Cha-cha proposal during their break.
