LA TRINIDAD, Benguet: More than P148 million worth of marijuana plants were destroyed while a drug personality was arrested by police operatives, anti-narcotics agents and the Army troops during a three-day operation in the Cordillera Administrative Region last weekend.
In Kalinga, the raiding team discovered and destroyed P148.5 million worth of fully grown marijuana plants and 225 kilograms of dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops in various plantation sites at Barangay Buscalan and Loccong in Tinglayan, Kalinga.
