THE City of Baliwag, headed by Mayor Ferdinand Estrella, was recognized as the top performing local government unit in the province of Bulacan.
During the ceremonial awarding on Monday at The Pavilion of Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Estrella received the award as the Most Competitive LGU in the 2023 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) Provincial Rankings on Monday, May 6.
