CAVITE CITY: Each of the top 100 college scholars of the province's first district formally received a P25,000 grant at the Cavite City Auditorium in Barangay PN here on Monday, May 6.
The financial grant is part of the Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition (Smart) program of the Commission on Higher Education in cooperation with the office of Cavite 1st District Rep. Ramon "Jolo" Revilla III.
