MANILA Mayor Maria Sheilah 'Honey' Lacuna-Pangan received her plaque of appreciation from Rotary Club of Bagumbayan-Manila (RCBM) President Jojo Uy Ching, who graced the occasion and was the guest of honor and speaker during the awarding ceremony of 10 outstanding overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) at Midas and Casino Hotel, Pasay City on April 11, 2024.

Together with them are RCBM officials past president Eric Marquez, Board of Adviser; and All-Star President/RCBM past president Manny Inserto, also the chairman of this flagship project and vice president and treasurer of Bangko ng Kabuhayan (A Rural Bank).
