MMDA warns vs fake notices

THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) issued a warning against circulating fake notices on no-touch apprehension.

The scam text directs motorists to a fake website where they can pay a penalty to prevent the invalidation of their vehicle registration.
