President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday ordered the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to integrate all flood control projects to ensure that flood water could be reutilized for irrigation, water supply and power generation.
Marcos issued the directive during a sectoral meeting in Malacañang where Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan presented the DPWH's flood management program as well as local and foreign-assisted projects.
