PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday ordered the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to address the "unacceptable" situation of about 40 million Filipinos without access to water supply.
Marcos gave the directive during a sectoral meeting with the DENR and other pertinent agencies in Malacañang to tackle water resources management.
