THE Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) announced the opening of cruise terminals, including those in Siargao and Coron, Palawan, before the year ends.

PPA general manager Jay Santiago said that alongside the expected 300,000 tourist arrivals from cruise ships this year, the PPA is set to open dedicated cruise terminals as part of a broader initiative to cater to the growing demand for cruise tourism in the country.
