(UPDATE) THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) has launched a hotline that will quickly address complaints of abusive behaviors on the road, as well as online scams.
LTO Chief Vigor Mendoza II said that "Aksyon on the Spot" will receive complaints about rude and erring motorists and fraudulent online practice of phishing.
