LEGAZPI CITY: The colorful hot air balloons finally soared on Saturday, May 4, after the activity was called off on Friday due to strong winds.

The hot air balloons carried passengers who had a bird's eye view of rice fields below and the majestic Mayon Volcano as the backdrop.
