Fil-Am Aleah Finnegan wins gold in US NCAA

MANILA, Philippines: Paris Olympics-bound Aleah Finnegan and the Louisiana State University (LSU) Tigers bagged its first United States National Championship in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Finnegan won the individual crown in the floor exercise and punched their finals ticket, finishing with 198.2250 points, having defeated rivals from California, Utah, and Florida.
