Hot air balloon flights suspended

LEGAZPI CITY: The opening salvo of the Bicol Loco Hot Air Balloon Festival was suspended on Friday morning because of strong winds, Bicol tourism regional director Herbie Aguas told The Manila Times on May 3.

'The hot air balloon flights were suspended because of strong winds. They will try again tomorrow,' Aguas said
