Miss Universe PH visits Apo Whang-od

MISS Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee visited world renowned tattoo artist Apo Whang-od and showcased her native dancing skills in Buscalan, Kalinga, on Wednesday, May 1.

Dee went to Kalinga to carry out her advocacy to visit places in the country to promote cultural preservation, women's empowerment, and community development.
