CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: The provincial government here has suspended all classes from kinder to senior high school and encouraged other learning institutions to do the same in the face of high heat index.
In its social media page post, the Provincial Information Office (PIO) said that Gov. Humerlito Dolor was prompted to suspend all classes in public schools by the heat index forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration for May 2 and 3.
