Surveillance vs 'red' groups intensified

THE National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) on Thursday said it has intensified surveillance work on leftist groups recruiting youths online.

NICA Deputy Director General for Special Concerns Abelardo Villacorta said the initiative was in compliance with Executive Order 54, issued on January 19, that created the Directorate for Cyber Security and Emerging Threats.
