SAMAR province and the Department of Tourism (DoT) have launched three new tourist circuits to promote the province's vast natural, cultural and gastronomic resources.
Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco attended the launch in Barangay Binongtu-an, Basey, Samar, on April 16, where Samar's rich cultural legacy was highlighted and the need for community involvement in sustainable tourist development was noted.
