2 HEIs forge ties for agri devt in Cagayan

TWO higher education institutions in Region 1 (Ilocos Region) and Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) have signed three memoranda of understanding aimed at furthering the development of beekeeping, silk production and salt production in the province of Cagayan.

Cagayan State University (CSU) Officer in Charge Arthur Ibañez and Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) President Jaime Manuel signed the agreements.
