LISTED conglomerate Phinma Corp. plans to further expand its cement business in Mindanao with the development of a P2-billion facility in Davao.
"We're putting [up] our Davao plant, which is almost similar to the Mariveles [plant]," Eduardo Sahagun, Phinma director and executive vice president for the construction materials group, said in a recent interview.
