NEWLY appointed Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac is heading for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) this month to tackle issues on wage and benefit claims of some overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in the Middle Eastern country.
A statement from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) on Monday said the main topic of Cacdac's visit is the unpaid wages and other benefit claims of some 10,000 displaced OFWs whose companies had run bankrupt between 2015 and 2016.
