CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: A total budget of P6.956 billion has been allotted for the first district of this province in the last two years,

Rep. Arnan Panaligan said.He said bulk of the amount went to infrastructure projects such as farm-to-market roads, school buildings, multipurpose covered courts, gyms, health facilities, irrigation projects, flood control and river protection structures and seawalls.
