Catarman to build cold storage facility

THE local government of Catarman, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology (DoST), has initiated a project to construct a post-harvest facility equipped with cold storage technology to enhance local livelihoods and promote food security.

Catarman, through its mayor, Kiterio Antonio Palarca II, submitted a project proposal to the DoST.
