REPRESENTATIVES from the Philippines and the United States have agreed to fortify the strategic partnership between the two nations during the 11th Philippines-United States Bilateral Strategic Dialogue, held from April 22 to 23.
The officials of the two countries reiterated the importance of the Mutual Defense Treaty in an increasingly complex security environment.
